I grew up in Boulder, CO where my mother and father were in the
construction industry. My mother has since become a successful
custom homebuilder in the boulder market specializing in homes
above $800,000.00. I spent 3 years in Santa Barbara, CA where I
gained an understanding of investment property, property management
and purchasing a home on a budget. I accomplished this through
the purchase of my first home. I have since purchased 2 more homes
after moving back to Boulder to finish my degree at CU, a personal
residence and an investment property. I am very motivated and understand
the importance of finding the right home at the right price. If
